Day 1: Nairobi  to Samburu

Pick up from your hotel room in Nairobi and after some briefing the clients are driven to Samburu on the North of the Equator, south bank of the Ewaso Nyiro River some of the animals and vegetation are a little different from those commonly found south, take a few minutes relaxing proceed for the evening game drive which will bring you to the elephant bedroom tower. The Ewaso Nyiro River cuts through this reserve, drawing a big population of Kenya animals to the park. Day 2: Samburu

Waking up to the sunny morning, the clients will have breakfast and have a packed game lunch before proceeding for a game drive exploring this amazing game reserve. The park is  home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo as well as  Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Baisy Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise – Endangered. Samburu National Reserve was one of the two areas in which conservationists George and Joy Adamson raised Elsa the Lioness. Their story was made famous by the bestselling book and award-winning movie “Born Free”.

Return to the camp or Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Samburu – Olpejeta private sanctuary

Leave after breakfast and as you head to the next destination the memory of the wonderful visit is vivid. The wheat plains of Timau with the towering Mt. Kenya to the left gives you a very nice way to end the trip. Arrive in Nanyuki in the time for lunch and then have the afternoon to yourself.


Day 4: Ol Pejeta Head to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Early after warm breakfast. The conservancy offers a very unique blend of wildlife and sanctuaries of endangered species. Large herds of elephants, buffaloes as well prides of lions are easily noticeable any time of the day.

After a morning game drive,  visit the chimpanzees and endangered species then visit Baraka the blind black rhino, keeping curiosity wild at the education centre, and perhaps winding down with another game drive before leaving.

Day 5 Ol Pejeta – Naivasha

The journey to Naivasha in the rift valley region starts mid-morning so as to arrive in time for lunch. This journey will see us drive through the aberdares ranges which will offer some very magnificent photo opportunities. In the afternoon the clients will go for swimming in the natural gyser swimming pool before heading for some boat ride in the Lake.  Dinner and overnight at a lodge/campsite

Day 6 Hells Gate National park

After breakfast, head to the famous Hells Gate national park.  Here, they will experience the deep gorges and caves. Clients will at the same time encounter various bird species and wildlife. The activities at the Hells Gate include rock climbing, cycling, bird watching and trekking through the gorge among the geysers.

Then proceed to a hotel for late lunch before going either to Nairobi or next destination
