DAY 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara
This trip starts with a visit to Masai Mara. We start early in the morning, after breakfast and you will be driven down the escarpment via the floor of the scenic Great Rift Valley. Arrival time at Masai Mara Game Reserve is just the mid-afternoon. After checking in, lunch and brief rest, an afternoon game drive is undertaken. Then return to the camp or lodge just before dusk for lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Optional activities include bush dinner and bonfires.
DAY 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast leave for a full day game drive with picnic lunch at Mara river migration bride area.
This day is spent game viewing in the world renowned ecosystem, the Masai Mara National Reserve. The game drives give you, the client, an opportunity to see at close range, Africa’s Big Five a packages of wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. Some of the wild animals to see here include Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. The climax of the trip here is the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in October to December.

DAY 3: Masai Mara – L. Nakuru
The clients start the day with an early morning game drive from 6.30am where they might be lucky to witness hunting. At an extra cost a bush breakfast can be arranged followed by a visit to the Masai village to conclude the Masai Mara safari experience. We depart from our safari lodge/camp at 10a.m and take an en route game drive through the Masai Mara Reserve. Clients will then proceed to L Nakuru, arriving in the afternoon clients will check in to their preferred camp/lodge before going for an evening game drive.
DAY 4: L. Nakuru – Aberdare National Park
After breakfast, clients will proceed with an early morning game in Lake Nakuru National Park searching for other game animals found in the park including, At around 11 am clients will proceed to Aberdare national park and then have the whole afternoon doing game drives. The Aberdare national park is home to elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks among others. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat and the blue duiker.

Day 5 Aberdare National Park- Ol Pejeta
Head to the Olpejeta Conservancy early after warm breakfast. The conservancy offers a very unique blend of wildlife and sanctuaries of endangered species. Large herds of elephants, buffaloes as well prides of lions are easily noticeable any time of the day.
After a morning game drive, visit the chimpanzees and endangered species then visit Baraka the blind black rhino, keeping curiosity wild at the education centre, and perhaps winding down with another game drive before leaving.

Day 6 Ol Pejeta – Samburu
Immediately after breakfast embark on a journey to Samburu via Nanyuki town past the Equator, arrival time is midday. The Ewaso Nyiro River cuts through this reserve, drawing a big population of Kenya animals to the park. The river bustles with activity from its huge population of crocodiles. The client will take a few minutes relaxing and then proceed for the afternoon game drive which will bring you to the elephant bedroom tower. Day 7: Samburu
Clients will have breakfast and have a packed game lunch before proceeding for a game drive exploring this amazing game reserve. The park is home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo as well as Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Baisy Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise – Endangered. Samburu National Reserve was one of the two areas in which conservationists George and Joy Adamson raised Elsa the Lioness. Their story was made famous by the bestselling book and award-winning movie “Born Free”.
Return to the camp or Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Samburu – Nairobi
Leave after breakfast and as you head to the next destination the memory of the wonderful visit is vivid. The wheat plains of Timau with the towering Mt. Kenya to the left gives you a very nice way to end the trip. Arrive in Nairobi in the evening.
